Sinclair

Sinclair started as a civil engineering firm in 1970, becoming a General Contractor in 1970 Tamarron Construction, focusing on commercial. By the early 1970’s the focus was on heavy industrial construction. Paper mills, later incorporating cogeneration steam powerplants, material handling systems, and mining. An earlier project was a new build of a $350 million complete paper and kraft mill.

In 1985 residential construction was incorporated, and in 2007 Sinclair was building about 100 ICF homes per year. In 2018 Sinclair moved back to commercial and industrial.

Sinclair now specializes in military and government work, with some work still in retail commercial and industrial, and HoA’s.

Sinclair currently covers the SouthEast US and is moving into the Southwest US and Midwest. Sinclair’s sister company covers Canada.
